MDW + Other Baltimore Fitness

Happy #MDW everyone!! I hope you all are having fun, relaxing, sweating, spending time with friends and enjoying your vacation (or staycation).

If you are looking for things to keep you busy (and sweating too) the rest of the weekend and in the next couple of weeks I have you covered.

SUNDAY, MAY 28:

10am – Strength and Miles at Lululemon Harbor East with November Project and TrueSports

9AM: Sunday Rides at Princeton Sports

These rides occur every week throughout the summer. They are fully supported and tons of fun if you are looking to get out on your bike. They typically do a 15 mile route and a 25 mile route.

6PM: Sunday Night Vibez

This is a new FREE yoga series at The Movement Lab in Remington Row.
Sign up here. This week Dani Yarusso from Arrow is guiding the practice.

MONDAY, MAY 29

9AM: TRX at Beachfit Baltimore with ME

Join me for a fun yet challenging TRX class. Push your limits and step outside your comfort zone. Together we will MAKE IT COUNT!!

I also teach every Thursday at 5PM and will be teaching Saturday, June 3 at 8am. See you there!!

9:30AM: FREE Yoga with Pop Up Yoga Baltimore at Canton Waterfront Park

MONDAY, JUNE 5

6PM: Yoga for Cyclists, Summer Series at Baltimore Bicycle Works

TUESDAY, JUNE 6

6PM: Monthly Evening Run with Atwater’s and Back on My Feet
The run is free and will occur the first Tuesday of every month!
The run will start and end at Atwater’s in Canton.

THURSDAY, JUNE 8

8PM: First Full Moon Yoga
Get your howl on with Pop Up Yoga Baltimore at Canton Waterfront Park. Bring your moon-themed, neon-colored, or otherwise fun clothing and howl at the moon as you flow through a fun, all-levels vinyasa class!

TUESDAY, JUNE 13

7PM: Shack Track & Field
Shack Track & Field hosts free community runs on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Best part…your first drink back at the Shack is on us! Meet at Charm City Run McHenry Row for a free 3-5 mile community run. Finish at the Inner Harbor Shack.

This is all for now, but as you know more things pop up all the time. Don’t be afraid to try new things, meet some new fitness friends and just have fun sweating!!
